Network Down - File Sharing Mostly Gone

I'm new to the forum, so I apologize for any mistakes in advance. I've been running a network for myself and home business since Windows XP and Windows 7 - so several years. I have about 25 devices with about 13 PCs, a NAS, and multiple android and other devices connected. All worked flawlessly, and I never did like or want to use homegroups or workgroups to network. I would simply set up a PC with a very strict set of rules that I implemented from years of working with my network. For example, I would always use Advanced Sharing to set up "Everyone" for full access and make sure that "Network" and "Authenticated Users" was added to the advanced security. I also know to check services, sharing permission, etc. etc. etc. in order to troubleshoot an issue. But I cannot solve this one. I have been following older posts but cannot find anything on the recent updates in late 2019. I just cannot get my sharing and networking capabilities back - which are crucial to our existence here. Can anyone help? Please know that I've tried many things. Again, I have followed this through a multitude of trial and error attempts. If anyone can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it!!!

    :)
