Windows 10: Windows Login screen theme suggested pictures

Up to recently, when I powered 'ON' my home pc and it opened the Windows 10 log in screen, I would see every several days changing landscape theme pictures. Before opening the Windows password field I would be asked 'did I like' or 'not like' what I saw. This fun and interesting 'value added' start up related feature seems to have gone away. Has Microsoft ended it or can I get it back? If helpful my system runs on a Intel Core Duo CPU, 64-bit OS, x64-based processor. Windows Edition: Windows 10 Home, Version: 1809, OS build 17763.973. I assume this is internet network related, but maybe not. So, any answers as to what has changed?

You can use your own image of any background and just go to settings/personalize/lock screen and click on browse as in the image below. It should make whatever picture you use as the Lock Screen

 

Win-10 themes keep changing

• Did you try the steps suggested by Suvarna Govinda above, what was the result?

As I understand the issue, Themes in Windows doesn't have the options to change on its own. Only the Wallpapers in the themes can change as selected ( Picture, Solid color and Slide Show ).

I would suggest you to make us understand that if the Wallpapers are changing in Theme which you have selected.

Below are the steps you can check if it helps.

• Press Windows + I keys and select Personalization.
• Select Theme and select the Default theme.
• Select the Desktop Background below and select the Picture
  and save it and check.

Auto login and pictures at login

Though you have enabled auto login and there is no lock screen, you should still be able to see the user account picture on the Welcome screen and the same picture (set as user account picture) can be set as the login page background.



To set the custom picture as the login screen background, please follow the steps given below.

• Go to Settings->Personalization->Lock screen.
  
• Click on the dropdown list under Background and select
  Picture.
  
• Click on the Browse button under
  Choose your picture.
  
• Browse to the location where the picture is saved and select the desired picture.
  
• Similarly, to set the same image as the user account picture, open the Settings app.
  
• Go to Accounts->Your info->Browse for one.
  
• Browse to the location where the image is saved and select it to set it as the user account picture.
