Windows 10: New Motherboard Will start in safe mode but Loops startup on regular Win10

So the original motherboard fried. I replaced it and now the computer loops in startup and goes into automatic repair and diagnostic only to end up at advanced options.


I have checked for malware and uninstalled any unessessary software to include the antivirus for now.


In safe mode with networking I do not have access to any networks.


When I first tried to boot the computer it would at least let me log in and crash to reboot shortly after now it does not even get that far.


Help! How do I fix this?

I understand that as repeating the basic problem. Is that what you mean? I can't tell you why- some sort of corruption- hence all the steps I'm suggesting. Please try each in turn.

The first are to check for basic forms of corruption and so proceed onwards in order.
