    Updating to Windows 10 versions 1903 and 1909

    This is not what I was thinking of, but the are a couple of suggestions here:

    Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4517389) - Error 0x80070026

    One is to manually download and install that KB4528760.

    Here is the link to do that:

    I have been trying to install updates on my computer. It has Win 10 version 1903. My other computer same manufacture, HP all In One, Win 10 has version 1909. Can't get mine to install the update below or get to version 1909.
