Windows 10: Windows is giving me errors. 0x800705b4

Hey, I've been trying to update Windows 10 to the latest version, but it's been taking forever keeps failing, giving me the 0x800705b4 error, to add insult to injury, the Windows Family Features popup keeps asking me to sign in, but it's just refusing to do that, also giving me a error, I've tried Troubleshooter for the Windows Update problem, but it's taking a painfully long time, can you look into the problem please?
