I have systems with 12 to 16 monitor setups running i74930k w/ turbo and HT on w/32gb ram and 3 to 4 nvidia quadro p600/620 that were on windows 7 and worked fine.

Now with windows 10 pro installed on 1909 there are certain apps like chrome, a proprietary program and even the windows 10 built in display setting app running slow. Where hovering the mouse or clicking on those apps results in visible lag and system freezing. Firefox does not suffer from this.

For example. Firefox and chrome running side by side each with 2 tabs. One tab is a default and the other some website. Clicking back and forth between browsers has lag. But only when going from firefox to chrome. With taskmanager running and on cpu usage graphs theres spiking but still only has 10-15% of cpu maximum.

I've tried turning turbo off and ht or 1 or the other and get the same results. Fully updated systems, Os and drivers. Other symptoms include lag when opening display settings either right clicking desktop for it or switching to it from other setting tabs. There is also a hugely noticeable lag when a user logs back into the local system after it has been remote session.

    Any ideas?

    :)
