    How to apply security setting to all users?


    Under administrator account, once many privacy setting are setup, I would like to know on how to apply those settings into all different users without repeating setup the same setting for each user individually.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    • Is your PC connected to Domain?
    I suggest you to try Optimizing the Internet Explorer and check if it helps.

    >> Follow the below images and check if it helps.

    • I suggest you to delete the browsing history in General Tab
      and click Apply.

    • Then I suggest you to Reset the Security Zone Level or
      customize the Zone level
      in Security tab and click
      Apply
      .

    • I suggest you to Clear SSL in the Content Tab
      and click Apply.

    • Perform all the above steps and check if the same issue persists in Internet Explorer.

    Thanks for the suggests. A couple of comments or questions.
    1)There is no group called Everyone on my security tab
    2)is there a precedence order on the list of Users/groups on the Security tab. For example is it top to bottom or bottom up? Do individual users have precedence to groups
    3) is there a defined hierarchy to the list of. For example is Users a subset of Authenticated Users,....

    Are you on domain computer?

    I would suggest you to go through the below steps:

    Steps: Try to change the group policy settings.


    • Press Windows key+R.

    • Type gpedit.msc and press enter.

    • Expand the security settings.

    • Click on security options.

    • On the right pane, double click on Interactive logon: display user information when the session is locked.

    • Under local security setting tab, change the dropdown to do not display user information.

    • Under the same section,
      double-click on Interactive logon: Do not display last user name.

    • Under security setting tab, click on enabled and click on apply.
