Windows 10: how do i update driver and laptop running at high cpu

first of all don't tell me to go to manufacture website because that's completely unhelpful and it was a huge waste of time.

im so frustrated with the performance of my new laptop, it was running at high cpu at start and slow

so i tried updating the stock drivers that are in need of updating through windows update but windows 10 it just completely retarded when it comes on to that...

i tried NOT using third party software but im slowly succumbing to just updating through that medium, yes i have read a ton of forums regarding why not to use third party software but a older laptop which i use before and updated it using third party app is completely outperforming my newer one.

its so dumb for windows to be forcing people to update to windows 10 but simple things like this require so much effort and time
