Windows 10: Beeping

Hello there has been a beeping noise coming from my windows 10 and I don't know what to do to stop the beeping.I have reset my computer but it still continues.Also when it is turned on the beeping gets louder then it becomes not as loud.The beeping rhythm is beep beep beep beep beep and stop for five seconds and continues over again.Please help if you can.

no beeps at bootup

When i turn it on the fans do spin, I tried DanTheBanjoman's suggestion and no beeps I took ram out and no beeps, I took battery and ram out and still no beeps I even tried a video card and still no beeps.

• Right-click the Start icon, then select Control Panel.
  
• Choose the Large icons option from the View by drop down list found on the upper-right part of the Control Panel window.
  
• Locate and choose Sound.
  
• Go to the Sounds tab when the Sound wizard pops out.
  
• Locate and click Default Beep.
  
• Choose None from the Sounds drop-down list.
  
• Click Apply, then OK.
