  1. How to change Screen Brightness Battery/Plugged in

I'm trying to adjust the screen brightness so that the screen dims when on battery power. The options do not seem to exist. I want the screen brightness to be 100% when plugged in and 33% when on battery.

Link "On Battery" and "Plugged in" screen brightness together?

Suppose I was in a dark room using my laptop plugged in. I set the brightness to a low value like 25% because the room was dark. Then, I unplugged the charger because the laptop is completely charged. I also set the brightness to 25%. Now I turned the light
on and the room became bright. I change the brightness to 100% because the screen was not visible in a bright room. After a while, I connect the charger again, and the brightness turns to 25% again. Logically, this makes no sense because I connected the charger
and the laptop has more power to spend and still the laptop tries to save power by lowering the brightness.

This happens Windows simply remembers the last brightness by the two "On Battery" and "Plugged in" states, not adjusting the other when one changes. Is there any way to link the values together? I mean, when I increase the brightness of "Plugged in", I would
also want the brightness of "On Battery" to increase, so that I will not have to adjust the screen brightness each time I connect or disconnect the charger.

  3. Unable to Change Screen Brightness of Laptop

So I'm not sure how long this has been happening but for some reason, I can't change the brightness on my laptop screen. I have linked a picture and as you can see, my brightness says 0% and that I can't change it, however my actual brightness is at 100%. I have looked around everywhere and the only responses I have found don't work for me. Here's a list of everything I have tried:
    - Reinstalling Display Drivers
    - Rolling Back Display Drivers
    - Reset Settings on UWT4
    - Power and Battery Settings
(UWT4 or Ultimate Windows Tweaker 4 is a customizer for Windows 10 and I thought that might be the problem but it wasn't)

If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this, it's greatly appreciated! Thanks! -

Ideally, I wish "On Battery" brightness should be set relative to the "Plugged In" brightness, for example, "On Battery brightness is -25% of Plugged In brightness".
