Windows 10: How to delete a 'phantom' account?

I have just commissioned a new Windows 10 pro 64 bit machine purchased from Dell. I re-installed my data from a back up and re-installed all my apps etc... I have a Windows Email sign on as per this Forum. So my new machine had one user account namely me aka my MS Email account. So I wanted to add a guest account that didn't need to have an Email type sign on even though the user area doesn't really allow you to by-pass having an Email account. So I used net user guest /add /active:yes BUT it said I aleady had a user account called guest! But this is a brand new Windows 10 machine. I haven't added guest name but i did have this on the previous machine. I can only assume that somehow my Microsoft logon has added this. So I decied to call the guest account visitor. Then used net user visitor * to set up the password. That works fine. So here is the question? Where is this account calledguest that I cannot see in Control panel or activities in the User area? And even more how do I delete this phantom I cannot see it? account. Maybe I need to go into the registry and change something? Welcome any help to delete this account - guest - that I cannot see.

How to Delete Phantom User Account?

I have what seems to be a phantom User Account in my Users Folder. It is not listed when I go to Settings/Accounts
but it is showing up in Windows Explorer. It has one of my APP DATA Folders, as well. How do I delete what seems to be an unnecessary Account Folder?

Please open the Command Prompt by typing cmd.exe into Start Menu, right-click on Cmd.exe, and open it as an administrator.

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
