    Family takes too long to send request to parent


    After my kids issue a request for bonus time , it takes very long even more than an hour before I receive the request as a mail. They always have to call me up when time runs out, when making homework... I have to open browser on my phone and adjust allowed time for that day and remember to reset it afterwards. Also on the family web page the request doesn't arrive quick enough to grant bonus time.

    How can I stop "Ask a Parent" from sending an email to all adults in the family? At the moment the Grandparents are also getting requests and I don't want them approving things for my child.

    It used to work fine and I did not change anything.

    To solve the issue, I tried to delete the files in the family settings folder per another person's suggestion, but they won't delete because they are "in use by another program."
