  1. Date of files change before my eyes

I am creating thousands of *.EML files from old DBX files using the program dbxconv.exe. This is done using the Windows Command prompt. The resulting files maintain their original "date sent" for less than a minute before changing to the date and time of their conversion. In Windows Explorer, the change occurs while viewing the new *.EML files; in the command prompt -- if you view the content of the newly created directory quickly -- it will list the emails' original dates but the next viewing will display the new dates.

Curiously, conducting the conversion using a thumb drive and then removing the drive right after the conversion seems to maintain the original email dates but only on the thumb drive. Copying them to my computer's HD using the Command Prompt or Windows Explorer changes the date and time to when the files are copied.

Is there a way to control or manage the date modified or date created attributes of these files?

    :)

How2 CHange dates of a file--suggested software not good enough

I used SKTimeStamp to change the dates of a file. However, I noticed it could only change 3 dates:
    Date Created
    Last Modified
    Last Accessed
A search for such a utility often suggests "BulkFileChanger (BFC)" which seems to do the exact same thing: only these 3 dates.
However, if I right click on a file, for example a Word file, there 2 other dates listed:
    Content Created
    Date last Saved

Hence the above two utilities are not good enough. Is there a utility (or way) out there to change all dates including the last 2 mentioned?

    Thanks in advance.
