Windows 10: Computer keeps rebooting when I put it in sleep mode, due to bugcheck 0x0000009f

Hi, my PC keeps rebooting everytime I put it in sleep mode. I checked the event viewer, it says the following:


The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f 0x0000000000000003, 0xffffb603bfbe6e00, 0xffff87053e83f7b0, 0xffffb603cfb279b0. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 608f2dc4-a273-4629-b17d-b34904c65161.

Computer has been regularly rebooting with no warning. Not sure when it started. System log says it's caused by a bugcheck. It started before the most recent Windows 10 update.

Recently my laptop has been restarting on it's own when it sleeps for too long or goes into hibernation. I've checked all my drivers, ran a bunch of tests and cleanup programs, and still no avail. If anyone could tell me what the underlying problem is and
if it can be solved without sending the computer back that'd be wonderful. Dump file can be found here:

Bugcheck 0x0000009f when hibernating or sleeping

When I've been putting my PC to sleep at night, it's been off the next morning. This just started happening a couple of weeks ago. The error in the reliability monitor is: "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003,
