Windows 10: Can't change the display brightness on my monitor

Hello! So I just built my first PC and I'm having a few issues with the Display brightness. I'm not new to Windows, I have been on a break from the OS system for a year so maybe things have changed but to my understanding, there was always a way to manually change the brightness of your screen. I'm not seeing that on the notification wall, nor in the settings - just the 'Night Light' options. If anyone can help that would be great, I've included pictures below so you can see what I'm seeing. Honestly, it might be something that I'm just overlooking.

The specs of my computer if this matters is:

AMD ryzen 7 3800x

EVGA 2070 super

Tuf Gaming X570 wifi

Samsung Evo 970

Corsair Vengeance 16gb

HP 25x 24.5 LED FHD Monitor

• Select Hardware and Sound.
• Choose Power Options.
• On the next screen you should see brightness slider at the bottom of the Control Panel window.

This issue could have occurred due to these reasons.

• Incorrect settings.
• Corrupt or outdated display driver.

I suggest you to uninstall and re-install latest display driver from the computer manufacturer website and check if it helps.

Step 1: Uninstall display driver.

• Right-click on the Start Button and click on
  Device manager.
• Double-click on Display Adapters to expand.
• Right-click on the display adapter driver that is listed and select properties.
• In the window opened, click on drivers tab.
• In the drivers tab, Click on Uninstall option.

Step 2: Now re-install display driver from the manufacturer website.
