Windows 10: Automated Network Connections

How can I automatically connect to my mobile phones PAN? I'd like this to happen when a WIFI connection I automatically connect to is not available. In other words, I'd like the following to happen after logging into my laptop:

1. Check for WIFI connection with "Connect Automatically" checked, and connect if available.
2. If an authorized WIFI connection is not available, check for authorized Bluetooth PAN, and connect if available.
3. If a Bluetooth PAN is not available, continue watching Bluetooth for one to come into range, and connect when available.

I have only found similar questions without answer. Hoping you might provide one now.

Losing network connection

Hello Dear, if you have a laptop or a PC with a wireless network adapter, you can see a list of available wireless networks and then connect to one of those networks. The wireless networks will only appear if your PC has a wireless network adapter installed, the adapter is turned on, and the wireless access point is in range.

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections.

2. In the left pane, under Network Tasks, click View available wireless networks.
In case, If you don't see the network you want to connect to, click Refresh network list. If you see the network but the signal is weak, move the PC closer to the wireless router.

3. Click the network you want to connect to, and then click Connect.

4. If you're connecting to a secure network, type the security key, and then click OK.

The Network troubleshooter is an automated tool which can find and automatically fix some common networking problems. Follow these steps and run the troubleshooter.

  Click on “Identify and repair network problems” on the left pane of the window.

  Click “Next” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.
  

Step 2: Run the Network Adapter Troubleshooter

The Network Adapter troubleshooter is an automated tool which will check the network adapter on the computer for any known issues and provides the details and on how to fix them. Follow these steps and run the troubleshooter.

  Type “Troubleshooting” in the search bar and press “Enter”.
  
• 
  In the “Troubleshooting” window, click on “View
  All” on the left pane.

  Click on “Network
  Adapter”.
  
• 
  Click on “Advanced” and then click on “Run as Administrator”.
