    Fresh Start Won't Work


    I recently downloaded the 'RefreshWindowsTool' which I'm attempting to use to run the Windows 10 Fresh Start process my PC is nearly 5 years old and I hope that this will speed it up/enhance performance


    After trying to run it twice I'm getting a message that 'this tool can't upgrade my pc' and that it may be due to my version of windows or language on my PC. Can someone please help me with this? I would like to run Fresh Start as to speed my system up and can't understand why it won't work.


    If it helps I'm running OS Build 19041.21 and everything on the PC is under United States English

    Lumia 830 main camera won`t start
