    I've been searching google all day trying to find a solution to a problem that I have. I have a bunch of movies that I play through Movies and TV App and I can't figure out for the life of me how to change the displayed artwork that shows. So in Movies and TV app, if I go to personal videos, it shows what appears to be a random frame from the beginning of the video. As shown below, how can I change what is displayed here?

    Movies & TV app not working properly.

    Hi,

    I suggest you to un-install and re-install Movies & TV App and check. Follow the steps:

    • Press Windows Key.
    • Type Windows Powershell.
    • Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
    • Type in the following command to un-install Movies & TV App.
    get-appxpackage *Microsoft.ZuneVideo* | remove-appxpackage

    Note: The Movies & TV App can be reinstalled using the Store App or by following the link mentioned below. You will need to exit the Store app if it is already open before reinstalling the app.

    Get Movies & TV - Microsoft Store

    Thank you, I will try the initial troubleshooting steps you suggested. I didn't make any changes to my desktop and laptop, unless an automatic update changed something without me knowing. I am able to play the videos using 3rd party apps (KM and VLC),
    but they no longer play on the Movies & TV app which I prefer.
