    Occasionally users might get a pop-up after Windows boot-up. The pop-up reads:


    There was a problem starting
    C:\Windows\System32\LogiLDA.dll
    The specified module could not be found.


    Not lethal, just annoying, although I've read that not eliminating it eventually can cause problems.

    The solution:


    Open Task Manager

    Click or tap the Startup tab

    Scroll down to Logitech Download Assitant LDA

    Disable it

    Restart


    That's it. Hope it helps.

    Logilda.DLL refers to the Logitech Download Assistant.

    Open Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features

    Look through the list and uninstall it.

    The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
    There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.
