Windows 10: Can a small business legally use an OEM version of Windows 10?

I mean one purchased through a legitimate reseller, not an eBay $5 special. It’s difficult to get a clear answer on this. It’s for a Mac Bootcamp partition.

I'm running a small business.

I've just purchased the PC (including Windows 10 Home SL - OEM) from a authorized reseller.

But I still wonder about legality of Windows versions.

The question is:

CAN I USE WINDOWS HOME SL VERSION FOR BUSINESS?

P/S: Why did I ask above question?

I heard from someones that Home version (Windows & Office) just be used at home (about legality)

If I use products Home version for business, It's illegal. I'm very confused about that.

Please help me!

Windows 10 for small business

Hello,

We have just updated first of 3 laptops from 8.1 to 10.

Windows 8.1 was for home and business use but after upgrade to version 10 it changed to Windows 10 HOME only.

Question: is it legal to use Windows 10 HOME edition for small business (>5 PC)?
