Windows 10: Code: 0x80070005

I am getting an error 0x80070005 when downloading Armoury Crate and when troubleshooting microsoft store 0x800706BE also, i need help coz it is a must to download the armoury crate in this laptop. I've already tried various method such as: windows powershell, sfcscan, reinstalling microsoft store, restarting in mscservice the microsoft store, clean boot even doing the sign out and sign in, do the windows update but still, the problem persists. Please Help me!

Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?
