Windows 10: Edge: How to import auto fill forms into edge

Please Help:

I have the older version of Edge (not chromium) and I want to know how to import auto fill forms into edge from an exported json file? When I go into settings, passwords & autofill, auto fill, manage forms all it shows is export, not import. [Kinda defeats the purpose of exporting for backup if you cannot import into edge.]

Auto form fill in MS Edge

I did as suggested. I still can't fill forms in Edge. I would have been surprised if it did work seeing as Edge doesn't have that feature in the first place.

    If Microsoft Edge only crashes after some time has passed, try deleting cached data and files. In Microsoft Edge, select the “…” icon in the top right corner and choose
    Settings. Under Clear browsing data, select
    Choose what to clear and then cached data and files.

    Reset the browser settings by going to
    Control Panel >Internet Options >Advanced >
    Reset. Then reboot Windows.

    Check for updates for Microsoft Edge within

Auto form fill in MS Edge

Google Chrome does the Auto Form completion great. How? ONE Click on the name of the person completing the form and Magic, all the fields you have saved in "settings" are auto filled. Compare Edge: The ONE CLICK option in Chrome becomes one click for each
field in Edge (i.e. First Name one click, Last Name one click, Address one click, City one click, and over and over for each field. Not so good.
