Windows 10: Grey/Black Screen Crash Send Help

Heya. I've been experiencing severe problems with windows, when I run a game for a certain amount of time or simply use windows for close to 5 mins it will freeze, jump to a grey OR black screen back to what I was doing with no mouse function THEN my pc will crash, my pc repeatedly starts and stops "restarts" without me touching a thing. I rebuilt the pc to check components for damage, still persists. I didn't know if it was a software or hardware issue, from what I could tell it's software? I tried to reset my pc but I can't even do that without a crash, even after booting in safe mode the problem still persists.

This is driving me insane send halp pls.
