Windows 10: How do you turn on mouse wrapping on multiple monitors

I am using windows 10 with a surface laptop and with a 2nd monitor attached. To move the mouse between screens I can only go horizontally, but I want to be able to move the mouse between screens vertically. My previous laptop was able to do this, but I cant find the setting required to change this on my new one. Help please :-

hello, has anyone figured out how to get multi monitor mouse wrap from for example, the right edge of the right most monitor, and move the mouse right and have the mouse move to the left side of the left most monitor, eg from monitor 3 to 1.

i have researched and a lot of people are asking for the opposite for gaming

We would like to know more about the issue, kindly clarify the following:

• Are you trying to set up this other user account on only one monitor but with a different set of mouse and keyboard?
  
• Are going to be using the same CPU on these four monitors?
  

If the above questions are true, the setup that you currently have is not possible. You would be needing to use a third party software and external additional hardware to separate the keyboard and the mouse.

• They will be using the same mouse and keyboard on the same PC.
• The only difference is when one user logs on it will use only 1 of the 4 monitors and when the other user logs on it will use 3 or all of the monitors what ever they choose
