Windows 10: Question about unexpected store exception blue screen

I don't know if this sub is the correct place to ask this question, just let me know if this is not a good place to ask that please, if thats the case.

Just had Bluescreen unexpected store exception and now my computer became extremly slow. it takes 10minutes to boot up. I guess my HDD got damaged but since my pc is not really useable in that state i can't run a hardware check.

anyone got an idea what i could do at this point?
