Windows 10: Windows Defender issues

I'm using a program called Auto-Py-to-Exe which creates an exe out of python files. Windows Defender detects one of these files as a file used in a Trojan program called something like K1!3. How can I make it so Defender doesn't constantly nag at me about it?

I would suggest you to open Windows defender and add exclusions and check if it helps. Follow the steps to add exclusions in windows Defender.

• 
  Type Windows defender settings in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Under Exclusions click on Add Exclusion
