Windows 10: Keyboard not working properly

Hi, after installing the last update on my PC my keyboard started acting funny. At first I thought maybe it was just temporary, but when the problem persisted and got worse I asked someone to take a look at it. The person run a scan on the PC and it appears it is a software problem, not hardware. I can only assume it's because of the recent update, it was working fine before it was instaled.

Basically when I'm writing, the cursor moves back to te left instead of continuing writing to the right. But it doesn't happen to all the letters on the keyboard. So if I try to write example "UPDATE", the "A" is not working so it becomes something like "DATEUP"; like I said, the cursor moves back to the left. This happens to almost every letter and number on the keyboard. It's extremely annoying. More, I tried to do a complete reset to the computer and even that didn't work, I keep getting errors and everything stays the same. I did resets before with no problems.

Is anyone else having the problem? Does anyone knows how to solve it? Please help!!

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

• 
  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.

First of all, I would suggest you to install all the latest updates released by Microsoft from Windows Updates and check if that helps or not. And to update your drivers, please follow the steps and let us know if it helps fixing the issue or not:

Open Device Manager by pressing Windows key + X, click on
Control Panel; select System and Maintenance.

• Click on Device Manager.
• In Device Manager, locate Keyboard and double-click to check if it’s working properly.
• Go to Driver tab, then click on Update Driver. And follow the instructions.

• Test the problem keyboard on a different PC.
• Try a different keyboard on your PC.
