Windows 10: Windows 10 - Enhancements tab missing - Realtek

Hello,

I have a little problem with my enhancements tab in the settings. I tried all the fixes I could find but none of them seem to work.

I have a freshly installed and activated Windows 10 on a brand new high-spec PC. First, I though that the realtek drivers might not be properly installed or updated. So I downloaded a proper installer from the official website... And got stuck in an endless loop or uninstalling, installing and restarting. Once I found a fix to get out of the loop uninstalled it in Device Manager manually and then installed again, nothing changed. Everything is working properly, just the Enhancements tab which I really need right now is missing. I tried many different things but am clueless.
After that, I tried manually updating it but that did not work either.


So, that's why I'm here. I couldn't google my way through the problem and now I'm stuck. Thank you for any help.

Sound Properties under Realtek Drivers Missing Enhancement Tab

I have Windows 10 64 bit Ver. 1809 (OS Build 17763.737)
and during the drivers update for Realtek, the Enhancement Tab is missing in the sound properties. Can this be due to motherboard issue or that is, drivers not compatible? I would rather have the older drivers like in windows 7 installed as closely to possible as windows 7 because it was better by far and i don't know why or what the analysis and all the details therein that are involved, i just know that for the pro media Klipsch speakers i have, the sound Isn't the same.
At any rate, about the enhancement tab if there's any ideas or suggestions, thanks a lot.

 

Realtek Audio Enhancement Tab Suddenly Missing

I have a brand new Windows 10 Laptop. Two days ago I used the enhancement tab to make the volume louder; it worked fine. Now the entire enhancement tab disappeared. I have used the troubleshooter to reinstall the driver but that did not fix the problem.
How do I get the missing enhancement tab back?
