When I wake my PC from sleep, everything acts normal except for the monitors which remain...

I've had this issue off and on for maybe a month now? I believe since I installed a Samsung 970 evo plus m.2 SSD for the extra space, and because it was an easy installation considering I had my PC built by NZXT so I couldn't trace the wiring for a Sata cable SSD. Now, I'm not very good with the nitty gritty of computers so maybe it's a simple solution. I have spent hours at this point researching, reaching out to other communities and my PC manufacturer never getting any responses and using some of what I learned from the research I played with power settings, tried the GPU reset command keys, made sure windows and my GPU were updated etc. It had worked for a few days, but I am going on nearly a week of it just black screening when I wake it up. The PC itself seems to wake normally, and fine; the lights turn on, it makes its signature click. It's getting really frustrating because, though I could just shutdown every night and have a relatively quick boot time, it's just so much more convenient to wake from sleep instantly and instantly start off where I left off.

    My specs include:

    NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070

    Intel i7-9700k @ 3.60GHZ

MPG Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON AC

    G.SKILL TridentZ RGB 3200MHz 2 X 8 GB

    Seasonic Focus GX 850W Gold

Also, this is what I get from running powercfg -a in command prompt:

    C:\Windows\system32>powercfg -a

The following sleep states are available on this system:

    Standby S3

The following sleep states are not available on this system:

    Standby S1

The system firmware does not support this standby state.

    Standby S2

The system firmware does not support this standby state.

    Hibernate

    Hibernation has not been enabled.

    Standby S0 Low Power Idle

The system firmware does not support this standby state.

    Hybrid Sleep

    Hibernation is not available.

    Fast Startup

    Hibernation is not available.

Windows 10 Power Sleep: PC waking up during the day/night and not going back to sleep

Windows 10 Power Sleep: PC waking up during the day/night and not going back to sleep:

My HP Pavilion Desktop will go to sleep after I am finished as normal (whether walking away, signed out, switched user but not logged in to other user) after a while the pc will wake up and the monitor will turn on and stay on. Sometimes the monitor will
go back to sleep but pc remains on. I have not been able to resolve this issue and has been occurring over months. PC will wake during the night and monitor will stay on and neither will go back to sleep. Have reset power settings to default monitor sleeps
at 10 min, pc sleeps after 20 minutes. I know there are settings and software that can wake up a pc but I have not been able to find the list in Windows 10.

My pc is a 2018 HP Pavilion Desktop Windows 10 updated 64but AMD12 PC-570-p0xx and fully updated as of Sept 25th 2018.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Monitor Not Waking Up After Sleep

I am experiencing a critical issue - when my computer goes into sleep mode, or if I manually place it in sleep mode, the monitor will not wake. The PC is running; I can hear the fan and the light on the front of the monitor is on, but the monitor itself will not wake. The only way I can get the computer back on is to do a hard reset by holding in the power button, turning it off, then back on. I've tried all the obvious fixes; windows updates, graphic card driver updates, unplugging, turning off sleep mode, turning off Link State Power Management ,making sure the keyboard or the mouse are able to wake the computer in settings, etc. Nothing so far has worked. Any suggestions on how to fix or what the problem may be?
An additional problem is that I cannot even save some new settings in my motherboard. Somehow the settings return to the default settings and the problem remains. The PC purchased brand new almost 4 months ago.

    CPU Intel Core i5 8600k 3.60GHz
Graphic Card (integrated): Intel ® UHD Graphics 630
    Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370 HD3
    OS: WINDOWS 64 BIT

Could you please provide any suggestion?

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
