Windows 10: Dual Moniter Capbility for On board video card

I'm trying to have a dual monitor setup but I have no secondary graphics card on my pc. Im currently using my onboard graphics card which is a AMD Radeon HD 7540D. The mother board its self has to video ports, which has one VGA port and one display port. I was wondering if it is possible to have an Extended Desktop with one monitor using VGA the Other using display port? nd once again I'm hooking them to the ports on the Mother Board will my pc detect to separate monitors? and Will it be able to Have an Extended Desktop. Also im running Windows 10 home edition

From the description I understand that system is not switching to the fasted video card which is Radeon 7600.

I suggest you to uninstall the current video card from device manager and install Radeon 7600 manually and check if this helps.

To uninstall from device manager follow these steps:

• Press Windows Key + X key and click
  Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Display Adapters’.
  
• Right click on the video driver and click on
  uninstall.
• Now install Radeon 7600 and check.

How to upgrade despite incompatible on-board graphics card

You might get better help if you'd tell us what your motherboard is.

On some boards, the onboard video is automatically disabled when an add-on graphics card is in place, and there is no BIOS switch to choose between onboard and PCI-E.

As you have already switched to a compatible PCI-E card, I suggest that you use the Media Creation Tool or the Techbench ISO to create a USB flash drive (or a DVD) and install from that.
