Windows 10: Blue Screen Of Death - DCP_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION and CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

Hi Guys, My machine is a MSI GF Thin 9SC. 32GB PC3000 RAM 2x16GB running Win 10 Pro ver 1909

BSOD. I get DCP_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION very often and CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED occasionally. I have updated the Storage Controller drivers, latest BIOS and installed all the drivers from MSI's support page, re-installed Win10 Pro 3 or 4 times and stared at endless Event Logs. I haven't installed the latest Firmware though. The machine is 3 weeks old and hasn't run properly at all since I brought it 28th Jan 2020. I had it back in the shop the day after I got it. I thought all was well but it wasn't. I have upgraded the 512GB PCIe hrd disk a bit with a Seagate Firecuda 510 2TB NVME and Crucial MX500 2TB SSD both disks have the latest Firmware. The RAM is PC3000 and I note that the laptop is PC2666 but the RAM upgrade was supplied by the shop where I brought the machine and after lots of reading I feel that the RAM being a bit fast for the machine should not be a problem, I have 2x8GB SODIMMS which I have used instead of the 32GB and still got the BSOD so I feel the RAM is OK.

Can anyone help me with some pointers in the right direction as how I can resolve this please. I am willing to answer any questions and/or supply any logs reports etc that may help. The laptop is under warranty and my next step will be to take it back again if need be but I would like to sort it out myself with the help of you guys of course. The shop is about 650 kilometers from where I live so it's not the easiest thing if I do have to take it back.

W10 - Blue screen of death CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED when connected to charger (laptop)

Lately my laptop has been getting these blue screen of death CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED messages constantly and I've noticed they only occur when the charger is plugged in and the battery is not full. if the charger is not connected, the blue screen will not
appear. I have updated all my drivers and run a virus check but the problem persists. I got a simple virus some time ago after which the blue screens started occasionally appearing (after getting rid of the virus). I've also noticed that just before the error
appears, there appears something like an application for less than a second in the task bar, which then disappears and error appears. That application does not have any picture on it (when compared to Chrome for example).

Could you guys suggest any possible fixes for the problem?
