Anyone else experiencing this Windows 10 lock screen issue?

Until a few days ago I could click once anywhere on the initial Windows 10 screen that comes up this is called the lock screen? and it took me directly to the sign-on screen. Now I have to click on the text in the middle of the picture which takes me to the sign-on screen but also launches Microsoft Edge. Is there a setting to control this behavior?

    :)
