Windows 10: Windows 10 Factory Reset

I've had an issue all day of me trying to Factory Reset my Windows 10 computer. I tired it and look up every possible solution online all day. It says something like "Can't be done, no changes made." I ended up deleting some of my programs because I thought it was something like virus stopping me from Factory Resetting it because this is the first time it's happened out of many. I deleted a program called "Steam" and now I cant factory reset it or get it back because it wont let me delete it off of the files.

Don't know much about computers and Factory Resetting, so I was wondering. What the fix to my problem?

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

• When you say that "reset my computer back to factory settings", are you referring that you have tried to perform rolling back to previous Operating System or performed Reset of Windows 10?
