  1. High ram usage by the program Service host:

    Okay so, Specs:
    Rx 580
    Ryzen 2400g Vega 11 graphics
    8GB ram

Alright so I'll be honest here yesterday as of 2/19/2020 somewhere in 3:00 to 4:00 pm I noticed my ram was getting eating up Noticed via task
So i did some housekeeping in my pc thinking it was a dataleak or corrupt files / Fau;t drivers, so i checked all of those and the services them selves to see whats going on, so i thought maybe its a virus. wrong i scanned and keep in mind I've hardly ever get viruses due to the fact that my pc's a little fort-knox
Because we all now losing files to viruses isn't fun.. But as of witch I started to run CMD checks inconclusive and with that i kept and eye on the ungodly amount of processes that its creating So once i try ang go back to the game i was playing a minute later it goes from 44 to 89 - crashes
And as of 2/20/2020 on 1:50 i am making this post cause i spent half a day trying to figure this out, maybe something with BIOS?
    I need help.

    :)

  2. svchost.exe / service host : local system ( network restricted ) high usage memory and CPU

When you open Task Manager a little bit, you’ll see that svchost.exe service host: local system (network restricted) is causing the problem of high CPU usage. To improve your Windows performance, and get rid of the high CPU usage, you
have to disable Superfetch service. Superfetch used to pre-load data from hard disk into RAM memory. So let's follow this steps.

Fix svchost.exe service host: local system (network restricted)

  3. high CPU usage by the Service host local system

My notebook is having a high processor usage it is usually more than 35% even if I'm not doing anything it reaches this percent

this usage is actually used by Service host: local system/service

if there is anything that i can do in order to reduce this usage

and what is the normal usage

    My notebook has

    Core i5

    6g.bs ram

    nvidia gtx 520

but I'm not using it for gaming anymore

High ram usage by the program Service host:

High CPU Usage by Service Host

After windows update, two processes, Service Host: Local network and Service Host: Internet Connection Sharing, triggers high CPU usage which sometimes jumps to 50 or more percent. Any solution for this?
