Windows 10: Privacy settings locked

One desk top and 2 laptops have windows 10 Home. All have their microphone, camera, location, feedback privacy options locked with a message 'managed by your organisation. Is my antivirus Avira controlling them? How to find out & change them/ I am unable to use skype etc

Privacy Settings in Calendar

Kindly follow these steps to block access to Cortana for Calendar settings:

Turn off Cortana on the lock screen by opening Cortana and going to Settings > Cortana > Talk to Cortana and toggle off Use Cortana even when my device is locked. The downside to turning this feature off is that you won't be able to use Cortana while your device
is locked. You can also limit her scope on the lock screen (instead of turning her off completely) by unchecking the box for

'Let Cortana access my calendar, email, messages and Power BI when my device is locked'.

This way, you'll still be able to ask Cortana to answer questions that don't reveal any personal information while your device is locked.

Launch the Windows 10 Settings app (by clicking on the Start button at the lower left corner of your screen and then clicking the Settings icon, which looks like a gear) and go to Privacy > General. There you'll see a list of choices under the title "Change
privacy options"; the first controls the advertising ID.

You can visit Microsoft's privacy dashboard for your account to see what information it's storing in the cloud about you,

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
