Windows explorer burn to disc option quit working

I have been using windows explorer to burn data disks up until about a month ago. When I select the drive to open it gives me this error:

Windows explorer burn to disc option quit working b787e6d2-b1ea-46ac-b37c-35963aee8086?upload=true.jpg

The funny thing is that I can take the same disk and it works fine in another computer. I have tried three different types of disks rw-,rw+, dual layer dvd and nothing works. If I put a disk with data the drive will recognize all the data, so It's not the drive itself. I have uninstalled and reinstalled ther driver and checked upper and lower in regedit. Also when you right click on the drive some of the options don't show up, like format

    burning discs windows 10

This is a crazy situation. I have spent the last four hours trying to burn photos onto a CD in Windows 10 Explorer, using the steps shown above. After clicking on "burn disc", for about two seconds I see a bar indicating rapid progress, followed by nothing!
I finally tried a right mouse click and a menu comes up with "burn disc" on it. Lo and behold, after clicking on that, a CD is actually burned! Turns out that you don't need to "Share - Burn" just do the right click - but the first guy on this topic evidently
    couldn't even do that.
