    How best to ground Surface Pro 6?


    This is crazy, but I have had touchpad trackpad issues practically as long as I've owned this pc, and I FINALLY came across an answer online, but... I never noticed that my cursor responds normally when the Surface is unplugged because I don't use it on battery much, but when I plug it in it is extremely laggy and jumpy, if not altogether unresponsive. Again I had come to my wit's end and re-loaded Windows, the firmware and driver package, ran the useless diagnostic tool, but no change. I unplugged the pc after I saw a YouTube video and it works fine! So, this is a grounding issue that apparently other pcs have, too. The battery on this Surface doesn't last anywhere near as long as advertised, so what can I do to ground the Surface/the cord so that my cursor functions right? I have tried what others have done online- wrapping it around my hand, wrapping it around the metal legs of the table, etc. and I can't get a good enough ground it seems. Does anyone else have this problem and how do you deal with it? Thanks.
