Windows 10: Error: Application has been blocked from accessing graphic hardware, when trying to launch...

After windows update i am getting this error which is blocking all games and application who use GPU.can anybody help me with this. I tried everything as saw on google and tried all fixes including format my windows.but still having this issue

I'd love to show a screenshot, but the minute I click on anything else the error message goes away.

All it says is -

Application has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware.

Application Wow-64.exe has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware.

Not sure why it has to say it twice.

might be caused by driver issues. Since it happened before the update, we suggest that you uninstall then reinstall the graphics card driver, then update it directly from nd see if it helps. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Open Device Manager.
• Look for Display adapters and click it to expand.
• Select the driver then right-click on it and select Properties.
• Under Driver tab, click the Uninstall Driver
  button to uninstall the driver.
• Restart your PC and let the system automatically reinstall the needed driver.

Once it was reinstalled, check if you will have the same error. If yes, then try updating the driver directly from the manufacturer's website. Visit their website and look for the updated driver compatible to your system, download and install it and see
if it helps resolve the issue.
