Windows 10: Windows 10 flashing loading screen

Hello!

I made an repair cuz i cant download forza horizon 4.I find up the error code and i saw a post on this web.I needed to type a command in cdm which find an corrupt file. It said i only need to reboot the machine, so i restarted it. And now the windows wont boot. It flashing with welcome massage and its stuck.

I have the flashing screen problem starting today but I don't have a problem with it last time. I disabled iCloud and everything else on start up but it did not work. I also disabled problem reports and solutions and also Windows error reporting
service as suggested by some uses but its still not working. Any ideas? Windows 10 sucks. Now I can't use my computer
