Windows 10: Using a Sandisk Sansa c150 MP3 Player with Windows 10

I can't figure out how to put a podcast on my MP3 player. I downloaded the podcast from a website. I saw the file in Downloads and when I checked it's properties the type of file said MP3. I right clicked the podcast and I got a menu and one of the items was "Send To" and one of the options , while the c150 was connected to the computer, was "Sansa c150". I selected that option and a progress bar appeared on the computer indicating that the file was being sent to the c150. The screen on the c150 changed to say "Synchronizing...". After a few seconds, the computer made a noise indicating a failure and the progress bar was replaced by a failure message. The c150 screen still said "Synchronizing...". I looked at the properties of the podcast again and I noticed a message at the bottom that said that the file might be protected by being blocked and there was an "unblock" checkbox. I checked that box and clicked "apply" and tried to send the file to the c150 again and it failed the same way as before. I tried to restore the file back to its original state by reversing the "unblock" that I did. There was no "block again" or "reverse unblock" or even a "block" checkbox in Properties. The closest thing I could find was a "hide" checkbox. I checked that box and clicked apply and the file disappeared from the Downloads list. How do I get the podcast to reappear? How do I copy the file to my c150?

sony mp3 or sandisk sansa ?

^^^ not looking for video players....just need to play mp3...i have one nokia n73 mobile...but I don't like the sound quality of nokia...so i am planning to get a mp3 player
once I had a sony w700i phone...its ex bass feature was superb and the sound quality was also superb ....
like to get a good mp3 player....I never tried sansa...is there any extra bass option for sansa?
