    Uninstalled HP Software and re-installed

    Default is set to correct printer application

    bluetooth is active on both laptop and printer

    Printer won't print from laptop

    Printer prints from iphone

    • If the manufacturer set up your PC to run from a compressed Windows image file (also known as Windows image file boot or WIMBoot) and included the option to restore factory settings, that option will no longer be available after you upgrade to Windows 10.

    my bluetooth does not work on my toshiba satelite laptop

    I also have this problem and have followed all recommended steps to try and fix but to no avail. Any more suggestions to resolve Code 38?

    HP All In One Printer/Scanner/FAX J6400 series - Can't scan w/Windows 10

    I have done everything that you have suggested and Windows 10 still will not allow me to scan. All my HP drivers are current and the HP online help process indicates that my printer is fine and online. Any other suggestions?
