Windows 10: Please help - seeking advice for ‘freezing/lock-up with audio buzzing noise’ (new pc)

I recently purchased a brand new iBUYPOWER Intel Core i5-9400F - 8GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 - 1TB Hard Drive + 240GB Solid State Drive from Best Buy a few weeks ago in late January and I'm experiencing strange freezing/locking up momentarily during gameplay or while simply watching Youtube videos on chrome. My situation is similar to the one in this youtube video https://youtu.be/sJ3yXpY5yoc , but unlike that linked video in my experience the video I'll be watching or game I'll be playing will be able to continue moments after the freeze and loud audio buzzing without resetting itself or powering down, but after the lockup and noise the pc does ask me which audio device I plugged in after the freeze is over and the background music or video I had playing would stop until I confirmed I was using my Realtek audio.

I have attempted troubleshooting this issue myself since the issue began although I am not entirely tech-savy and lack a proper understanding of software/hardware knowledge; I have re-installed windows after researching forums suggested that my Windows 10 installation may have been corrupted yet that did not work, I've also gone through device manager removing/updating drivers thinking that may have been the culprit but the issue is still continuing. I've tried using windows performance/resource monitor and event viewer in attempt to track the issue but couldn't pinpoint the error, and I've implemented the windows memory diagnostic tool along with system file checker but nothing of significance shows up.

It now occurs several times when playing games and most recently it happened when all I had open was one chrome tab watching a youtube video. This is very concerning and extremely frustrating to me as this is a completely new pc that I payed a lot for and it is irritating to be having such issues with a brand new pc. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as I have now passed the Best Buy return/refund date and am not sure what to do next.

Windows 10 PC Freezes and produces buzzing noise

I built a desktop computer last year and have had various issues since that have for the most part not been resolved. My computer will freeze and produce a loud buzzing noise on a loop through my headset. The issue I seek help with today occurs when I am playing a game and watching videos(Netflix, YouTube, etc). I have read many forum posts and here is what I have tried:

1. Windows Memory Diagnostics
   
2. Updating and Reverting GPU Drivers
   
3. Getting a new GPU
   
4. Checking CPU and GPU temperatures
   

Here are some system specifications:

1. OS: Windows 10 Home
   
2. CPU: AMD-FX 8350
   
3. RAM: Kingston Hyper X Fury(2x8GB)
   
4. GPU: GTX 1060(previous: 960)

hey since windows was updated to windows 10 I've been having an issue every time I'm watching videos and i move my laptop to a different place, my laptop lost the wifi signal and then freezes and makes buzzing noises, so i have to restar the pc.

Please help!
