Windows 10: Unverified app, change your app recommendation settings

I am downloading something and it's telling me to change my app recommendation settings, but the option isn't available anwhere I look. I've looked at other similar questions, and I can't find the setting still. I'm using Windows 10 ver 1903, and the setting isn't where it should be.

Hey i need some help, i'm trying my best to change my app recommendation settings and it isn't their and i've went to see if i'm in S mode and i'm not? Im completely updated and not in S mode but the option to change the settings isn't their at all. Does
any body gave an idea for what to do?

Can you please explain exactly what setting you are trying to work with in Windows, are you trying to set default apps on your PC, or is this is a setting to allow apps to be installed from other sources other than the Microsoft Store

Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter

On the resulting dialog, what Version No. and build No. of Windows 10 are you running?

if you go to the Settings App in Windows to, then click Apps and if you do not have the option shown below, then you need to update your system to either version 1903 or 1909 . ..

Click the link below, then click 'Update Now' on that page to immediately get 1903 and bring your PC right up to date
