Windows 10: Recover files after format and reset W10

Hi! So, i have an toshiba HDD with windows 10. It was slow so i tried windows reset and option "fully clean the drive". It got stuck in a forever reboot so i had to took to a IT store and they formated the pc.


Then i was able to enter. Since i bought a new pc, i gave this old one to my mother and did again fully clean the drive so it could look like new. I didnt need any of the files when i did all this, but now i wanted to get pictures from him that were deleted before everything before the first fully clean drive and format.


I never did any backup or enabled myself system restore or file histoey if they are not emabled by default


I know somehow is possible. What can i do to recover the files? Thank you very much! Ps: i dont understand tech very much so if you please can use words for dummies i would appreciate very much ahah

Recover Files After Reset of W10

After many unsuccessful attempt to resolve update issues with W10 I reverted back to W8.1 and chose the option to delete all files. I then reinstalled W10 and realized that there were files I did not save to an external file that I wanted. I read somewhere
that you have 30 days to recover files after an reset. If this is true I would greatly appreciate help recovering some of the files I deleted. Thank you.
