Windows 10: Nothing happens after clicking an account to Get started in Windows Insider Program

I've seen some similar -and closed- questions about this but no one has a valid solution for me.


Can't activate the windows insider program. After I click on "Get started" button, pick an account to get started clicking on the "+" button Link an account, I select my account and click continue: a message appears, it says:

Loading

This won't take long

Nothing happens after some seconds, the "Pick an account" with the "+ Link an account" appears again.See image at the end.


Can't see anything related in the event viewer, neither an error code or anything.


Anyone knows how to handle this? Thanks =.

I updated windows to the last build without windows insider. Current version:

• Version 1909 OS Build 18363.657

I tried to use another new created account. Same.


I switched to local user/then to microsoft user. Same.


My windows is not a clean install, I've using and updating it since beta in... 2014 or 2015 or so.


My Windows Insider Program tab in the Settings panel only shows that button with a text can be seen in the background in the image

What happens with my SSD? HELP!

i would recommend changing your SSD to ACHI,

follow this to make windows ready for ACHI (Source: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922976)

To resolve this issue yourself, enable the AHCI driver in the registry before you change the SATA mode of the boot drive. To do this, follow these steps:

• 
  Exit all Windows-based programs.
  Click Start, type regedit in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
  If you receive the User Account Control dialog box, click Continue.
  Locate and then click one of the following registry subkeys:
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Msahci
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\IastorV
  In the right pane, right-click Start in the Name column, and then click Modify.
  In the Value data box, type 0, and then click OK.
  On the File menu, click Exit to close Registry Editor.

then reboot into your BIOS and make the switch
