Windows 10: Microsoft Store Download and Storage Glitch

Hi, i recently bought ARK survival of the microsoft store, and i went to download it but halfway through i needed to restart my computer. I did that and when i went back on the Download had lost all it’s progress. I clicked instal again but it said i did not have enough space. I went into storage and it said i had 15 gb, even though i had had 100 before. My guess is that the microsoft store reserved the storage needed to download ARK, but it got stuck. So my question is, how do i get that storage back? I have tried clearing the cache, resetting the store, is there anything here that i am missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Downloading is Slow from Store.

Step 1:

I suggest you to clear Windows Store cache and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe on Run window and press enter.
• Check if issue persists.

Step 2:

Try to run the sfc scan and check if the Windows store downloads faster:

Run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption.
SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them.

• Press Windows key + X, click
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
  
  sfc /scannow
