    Unable to install outlook 2013


    Unable to re-install outlook 2013, after a fresh re-install of windows 10, response found a pre-release version of office product running which is preventing installation of outlook 2013. Went thru all the posted resolution steps, no luck.

    I am unable to sync my outlook 2013 with my phone, followed the 2010 instructions and hotmail connector wouldn't show up in list to connect to Any help please

    In Outlook 2007 this behaviour is set by default but can be changed. Perhaps it is the same with Outlook 2013.

    • In Outlook 2007 this behaviour can be unset at Tools, Trust centre, Automatic download.
    • In Outlook 2016 this behaviour can be unset at Outlook options, Trust centre, Automatic download.
    • In Outlook 2013 I would expect the relevant setting to be in a similar location to one of these, probably close to that of Outlook 2016.

    Unable to install outlook 2013

    Windows 10, Outlook 2013, Zimbra: outlook fails to start since upgrade

    I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro on my Surface Pro 3 (64-bit) this afternoon and since then my Outlook 2013 (which uses a Zimbra Connector for Microsoft Outlook) has not opened and returns the following error window:

    "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open window. The set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service LSMSSP.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured."

    I've tried the solutions on the Microsoft KB pages to no avail. Any thoughts or further suggestions?
