Windows 10: Windows 10 1909 buggy sound, popping and stuttering.

Since I've updated to 1909 my sounds are popping and stuttering on all of my equipaments.

Every time I open a video on YouTube, or play any kind of audio in the deskop it pops/stutters.
The only way not to stutter is if I leave the computer completely still.
If I move the mouse, open folders, browse the web when some audio are playing the sound starts to stutter over and over.

My monitor (through Display Port), Realtek ALC887 onboard card and a Behringer UM2.
All of these have the same kind of audio problem.

Oddly enough, in-games and heavy stuff it doesn't happens. I can play all-day long without any problem. It happens only in regular desktop tasks, brownsing internet and things like that.

I have tried many fixes I found on google, but none of them worked.
Unnistalled/reinstalled drivers a bunch of times.
I also tried the BCDEDIT /SET DISABLEDYNAMICTICK YES command
.But no luck. I'm out of ideias now. Can somebody give me a light?

My config:

I7 4790, 16GB of 1600mhz Ram, RX 580, SSD 120 (Windows 10 Installed) + 2TB HardDrive.

Is Windows 1909 considered to be buggy?

To avoid misspelling of some user IDs that may be a little awkward to type, I do a copy/paste from the Quote function, and paste after the @

No, there is no drop-down or suggestion list like a Google search, but TF makes up for it by being the best. *Wink

 

Very Loud Stutter and popping on a new Lenovo S340-14IIL

So I got a new laptop, and am getting these popping noises constantly accompanied with an obnoxious stutter sound every few minutes whenever I listen to music - be it an mp3 or a video. I feel like I've tried everything - different kinds of drivers, changing registry values for the realtek audio card, trying both manufacturer and windows drivers', bios update, a clean re installation of windows 10 (version 1909) - NOTHING Helps! When I connect a usb audio card it seems to work properly but I'm not willing to move around with an audio card constantly connected to my laptop.
Any suggestions?

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.
