I have downloaded Windows 1909 a bunch of times before and never got this message till now. Is there a way to fix this? Currently trying to do a refresh/install of Windows 1909 to my laptop which currently is running Windows Insider 2004, but it's only giving me the option to delete everything without keeping any file. I have downgraded this way in the past before without issue, but not sure why this message is popping up now. Already tried changing default language pack and seeing if my drive letters all match not my photo but they are all set to C:\ my photo which is the default. Any advice on how to fix this is appreciated

Here's the steps to update EMUI 4.1.1 to 5.0 :

• Download the EMUI 5.0(desired version) .zip file, and unzip it.
• Place the .hwt file in the HWThemes folder from your phone.
• Using the Themes app, apply the new theme.
• Restart the phone, in order to see all the new changes.

And you’re done!

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Files from previous version access

Hi,

I believe the file association might be corrupt. I would suggest you to check if the reader app is set as the default app to handle PDF files. Open control panel and then click on the item 'Default programs' and then click on 'Set default programs'. Click
on the reader app in the listed programs and click on the option 'Set this program as default' to set the program as default application for PDF files. Try these steps and let us know the results.
