Windows 10: ALL DISPLAYS HAVE CHANGED ON COMPUTER

WINDOWS 10. ALL THE ICONS ON DESKTOP HAVE CHANGED WITH LITTLE ARROWS. ALL TITLES ARE ALSO GONE AND I CANNOT HOVER TO SEE WHAT THEY ARE. IF I RIGHT CLICK, I GET A FEW LITTLE ABBREVIATIONS. CONTROL PANEL SYMBOLS ARE JUST SYMBOLS CANNOT GET TO THINGS BECAUSE NOTHING SHOWS UP. MY COMPUTER WILL NOT SHOW UP ANYTHING EXCEPT A FEW SPARSE SYMBOLS. THERE SEEMS TO BE NO WRITING ANYWHERE. IF I GO TO DESKTOP SETTINGS THERE ARE A FEW SYMBOLS AND NO WRITING. HOW CAN I CHANGE BACK?

In Display settings, changing the scale of a display does not change its relative size when arranging with other displays

For us to properly isolate the issue with your display settings, we would like to know if you made any changes to your computer prior to the concern (e.g. updates, software installation). This issue might occur due to a corrupted display driver. We suggest
that you uninstall the display drivers and restart the computer (the drivers will be automatically updated after the restart). To do this, you may follow the steps below:

• Press Windows and X keys together.
• Click on Device Manager.
• Locate and expand the Display Adapter.
• Right-click on the Display Device.
• Click on Properties.
• Under the Driver tab, click Uninstall.
• Restart the computer after uninstalling the Display Device.

We also recommend that you try installing the latest display driver from the manufacturer's website.

Display resolution keeps changing

Hi Rick,

It might be caused by a faulty driver that's why your display resolution keeps changing. We
suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the display driver, see steps below:

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device Manager.
• For graphics cards, expand the Display adapters category, right click your graphics card and select Uninstall.
• Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.
